"GREAT" Fish Livornese

  • 1 jar BOBBY D'S® MA'S MEDITERRANEAN®
  • 1 1/4 pounds halibut, cod or your favorite white fish
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 2 oz. white wine
  • 2 oz. chicken broth

Step 1: Cut fish into six 4 ounce pieces. Pat with breadcrumbs on each side.

Step 2: Heat saucepan. Add Olive Oil. Sear fish for one minute on each side. Remove fish from pan and set aside.

Step 3: Add chicken broth and white wine and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 4: Add 1 jar of MA'S MEDITERRANEAN®and stir to combine.

Step 5: Return fish to saucepan. Spoon sauce over fish and cover with lid. Simmer for 8 -10 minutes on a low heat.

Step 6: Remove pan from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Spoon sauce mixture over fish and enjoy!

(If desired, mix remaining sauce with risotto or pasta.)
