Bobby Joe's

  • 1 1/2 cups BOBBY D'S® MA'S RED SAUCE®
  • 1 1/4 lbs of ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 3 tbs brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbs Worcestire sauce
  • Hamburger buns
  • Provolone Cheese

Step 1: Sauté ground beef. Use a spoon to break up meat as much as possible.

Step 2: When meat is fully cooked, add MA'S RED SAUCE®, brown sugar, white vinegar, salt and Worcestire Sauce. Stir to combine. Cook additional 3-5 minutes.

Step 3: Top hamburger buns with meat mixture, top with a slice of Provolone Cheese.

Step 4: Put bun with meat and cheese under broiler to melt cheese.

Step 5: Add top bun and enjoy!!
